I found it absolutely amazing that these people can loose between 12 and 35 pounds a week! Yes, I said 35 POUNDS in ONE week! 35 pounds and 10% of their weight. Now I know that this is not normal, no where near normal. This person was well over 400 pounds to start with and was surrounded by specialists the entire week.
I would love to lose some weight, about 30 pounds actually. So, my goal is to make it one week of working out every day. And then go from there when I complete the first week...and I will complete the first week.
Today, day 1 was a lower body workout with Wii Biggest Loser and about an hour of Just Dance. Biggest Loser kicked my butt for over 30min and then actually loved the whole thing. With Jake being gone at some basketball thing I figured some Just Dance wouldn't hurt. I ended up doing almost an hour of Just Dance and am now exhausted!
I am very proud of my scores...
